Coral Reef Alliance urges Americans to lobby for reefs
The US House of Representatives has reauthorised the Coral Reef Conservation Act. The Act extends NOAA funds for additional monitoring and assessment, plus provisions for research, pollution reduction, education, and technical support projects, as well as those that address emerging priorities or threats. The Coral Reef Alliance wants Americans to tell your Senators that in our lifetimes U.S. coral reefs may be lost forever if they don't act now to reauthorise the Coral Reef Conservation Act.
